I graduated as a vet from the University of Surrey in 2020 with a strong interest in diversifying into science communication & writing. I co-founded and co-edit the university's first newsletter and completed placements with the Vet Record editorial team to gain experience in journalism. I've written content for Vet Record and also for organisations such as Vets: Stay, Go, Diversify. I'm currently studying a masters in Science Communication at Imperial College London; alongside my studies, I work for PR company Companion Consultancy as editor of the news site, Vet Report. I also write a monthly column for the new veterinary magazine, The Veterinary Edge.
